Here at Colorado Hardscapes, we recognize the most outstanding job of each month. Our crews work hard on every project, but there is almost always a project that rises above the rest. This month, it’s the Arvada Center.
Colorado Hardscapes’ history with the Arvada Center dates back to 1998 when a friendly sea serpent emerged out of the ground. Since then, Colorado Hardscapes and the Arvada Center have worked together on several projects. In the last few years, we polished their interior floors for their art gallery and donated concrete pedestals for their sculpture garden.
But for October 2014, the project of the month for Colorado Hardscapes’ crews was the paving of concrete at the Arvada Center’s entry. Our crew removed the old paving, and replaced 14,000 square feet of concrete flatwork and steps with Sandscape concrete and broom finished bands. The tricky part of this job was to keep the building open during the course of the construction. Overall, the workmanship, safety, and client satisfaction landed this job as our project of the month. Well done to our crew and thank you to the Arvada Center for the opportunity to work with you again!
